Class 39: Special Needs

Rules & Regulations:
1.) This Section is open to anyone with a Special Need, Mental or Physical.
2.) There is no age limit for this Section.
3.) All exhibits must be made since last year’s Fair and must be the work of the exhibitor, except where otherwise stated (hand over hand method if needed).
4.) All entries to be placed and ticketed by Friday Sept. 6th, 2019 at 11:30AM.
5.) All entries to be on paper no smaller than 8” x 10” and no larger than 18” x 24”, unless otherwise stipulated
6.) How to Enter: Exhibits should be taken to the arena on Thursday, September 5th, 2019 between 7-9 pm. or between 9:00 am & 11:30 am on Friday, September 6th, 2019. Volunteers will be on hand to assist you in filling out entry forms, entry tags and placing exhibits in the designated area of the buildings
Prizes: $5.00, $4.00, $3.00
Arts & Crafts (Hand Over Hand - Work completed with direct hand over hand assistance if needed.)
Collage. Not to exceed 11” x 14”
Painting. Not to exceed 11” x 14” - unframed.
Sponge or vegetable print painting. Not to exceed 11” x 14”.
Gift bag, decorated (small).
Craft or article of choice. Not to exceed 12” on any side.
A wreath, (any medium)
An autumn table centerpiece
Photography (must be taken by entrant) Judged on photo, not mounting.
8.) Photograph - mounted. Not to exceed 8.5” x 11”. 53.
9.) Collection of at least 2 photos on one theme - attractively displayed. Not to exceed 8.5” x 11”.
10.) Decorative mural - using theme “Mason Jars and Vintage Cars”. Not to exceed 2’ x 4’.
